These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ePlasticMD website and matching service. By using our site or submitting our form, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Service

ePlasticMD is a referral and matching service. We connect you with independent, board-certified plastic surgeons in our network based on the information you provide. ePlasticMD does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and does not perform any medical procedures. No doctor-patient relationship is formed between you and ePlasticMD at any point.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our service and submit your information.

3. Fees & the $99 Reservation Credit

• •To confirm your match and reserve priority scheduling with a surgeon, we collect a $99 reservation credit (regularly $200; the reduced rate is a limited-time offer and may change without notice).
• •Your consultation with the matched surgeon is always free and comes with no obligation to proceed, regardless of this fee.
• •If you move forward with a procedure with your matched surgeon, the full $99 is credited directly toward your bill with that surgeon.
• •If you do not move forward with a procedure, the $99 reservation credit is non-refundable.

4. No Guarantee of Results

ePlasticMD does not guarantee that you will be matched with a surgeon within any particular timeframe, that a matched surgeon will accept you as a patient, or any particular outcome from a consultation or procedure. All medical decisions, procedures, pricing beyond the reservation credit, and outcomes are solely between you and the independent surgeon you are matched with.

5. Independent Surgeons

Surgeons in the ePlasticMD network are independent practitioners and are not employees, agents, or representatives of ePlasticMD. While we take steps to verify board certification, ePlasticMD is not responsible for the medical care, advice, or services provided by any surgeon in our network.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ePlasticMD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service, your interactions with any surgeon in our network, or any medical procedure or outcome.

7. User Conduct

You agree to provide accurate information when using our matching form and not to use our service for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of ePlasticMD or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
