Your consultation is completely free — no matter what you decide — and you also receive 10% off your first procedure when you move forward.

To confirm your spot and ensure surgeon availability, we collect a $99 reservation credit (regularly $200 — the reduced rate is available for a limited time). If you move forward with a procedure, the full $99 is credited directly to your bill. It is non-refundable if you choose not to proceed — but your consultation itself costs you nothing either way.

We partner with top board-certified plastic surgeons whose time is valuable. In the past, offering our service with no commitment led to a high number of missed appointments.

The $99 credit ensures serious inquiries only. If you move forward with a procedure, it's credited toward your bill, so there's no added cost — this protects both patients and surgeons' time.

💳 The $99 fee is for access to the ePlasticMD network — not the consultation itself, which is always free. If you move forward with treatment, the $99 is fully credited toward your bill. It is non-refundable if you decide not to proceed.

📍 What if ePlasticMD doesn't have a surgeon in my area?

We offer three flexible options:

Option 1 — We match you with the closest board-certified surgeon in our network, typically within 60–90 minutes of your location.

Option 2 — We add you to our waitlist and actively recruit top-rated surgeons in your area to join our network. You'll be notified as soon as someone is onboarded.

Option 3 — Consider traveling to a major cosmetic surgery hub, such as Miami, Los Angeles, New York, Atlanta, or Dallas — known for exceptional care, comfort, and privacy during recovery.

🏅 Are all surgeons in the ePlasticMD network board-certified?

Yes — every surgeon in our network is board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS), and each is individually screened for reputation, results, and bedside manner before joining.

🔒 Is my information kept private?

Yes. Your information is never sold, and it's only shared with the surgeon you're matched with in order to coordinate your consultation.
